Early January Pamela and I decided to do a wee break in Scotland’s capital city Edinburgh. We had been before and loved it. So this trip we went when the Christmas decor & lights were still on show in Prince’s Street. I decided to set myself a little project and take just one camera and one lens the Fujifilm X-Pro2 and XF35 F2 R, a brilliant wee combination which fitted nicely into my pocket when not in use. The plan was to shoot a little street photography and generally all round pictures at various apertures with the ISO set to auto between 200 & 6400 and this just worked a treat. We had a mix of heavy rain, wintery showers and lovely fresh sunshine, just the norm for Scotland, so below Iv posted a selection of images that I like, a mix of colour and mono shot in raw edited in Adobe Lightroom and saved as an sRGB jpeg.
